Announcement Icon UPDATE: Because of an unforeseen event timing conflict, the ribbon-cutting event has been moved up to the times listed below. The event will still take place the same day, Sept. 28.

Northwest ISD’s career and technical education department will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the newly expanded Kelly Box Agricultural Science Center on Saturday, Sept. 28, in a come-and-go reception.

Attendees of the event, which will last from 11:30 a.m. to about 2 p.m., can tour the renovated building as well as the new Northwest High School agricultural science facility located nearby. The ribbon-cutting portion of the event will take place at noon. RSVPs are required for those who wish to enjoy barbecue at the event to ensure an accurate amount of food is available.

The Kelly Box Agricultural Science Center is located at 1960 Texan Drive in Justin/Fort Worth, across from the district’s administration building, next to the transportation complex.
