Graduating Northwest ISD students in the Class of 2020 have earned more than $3.1 million in fine arts scholarships from universities across the country, and the district recently honored these students remotely for their hard work.

Students who received these scholarships will continue performing art at the collegiate level. Notably, all district high schools – Byron Nelson, Eaton, Northwest and Steele Accelerated – have students who will take their fine arts talents to college. Because Northwest ISD could not host its annual Fine Arts Scholarship Breakfast with the ongoing pandemic, these students were each recognized remotely.
