Kaili Groves from O. A. Peterson Elementary School received first place in this year's holiday art contest. Her artwork – created using her favorite watercolor technique – will be used on the front cover of this year's district holiday card.

Charleigh Bina, a fourth-grade student at Cox Elementary School, received second place for artwork that is "the best art I've ever done!" Charleigh's wonderful art teacher this year is Jamie Marrs.
Receiving third place in the art contest was Kylie Jenkins, a fifth-grade student from Hatfield Elementary. Her artwork was inspired by the fireplace she has in her home. Kylie's fantastic art teacher is Christina Lincoln.

This year's fourth place finisher was Audriana Bunn, a fifth-grade student from Schluter Elementary School. Her artwork challenged her to pay strict attention to detail. Audriana is pictured here with her fabulous art teacher, Joel Vanderveer.

Kynlee Day, a second-grade student also from Hatfield Elementary School, placed fifth with artwork that represented what she thinks the North Pole looks like.
