There are 3 ways district personnel can create a helpdesk ticket:

1. Call the helpdesk at extension 81000 from a district phone or 817.698.1000 from any phone.

2. Login to the helpdesk app from the portal or navigate to helpdesk.nisdtx.org

3. Send an email to helpdesk@nisdtx.org
